REF Affiliate Cup

So, the details are as follows:
When: Sat, 12 Nov, registration opens at 8pm (first event scheduled for 8:45). Finish time is approx 4pm
Where: Kingsway Sport centre, cnr Hartman drive & Kingsway rd Madeley.
Cost: $30 per person ($120 per team)
What to expect: 3 team WOD’s and then a final for the top 5 teams in each category.

Heat times and workouts have not been released yet, and no date has been given for these to be released prior to the competition, so expect both the be released on the day, or the day prior.

There are 11 RX’d, 17 Intermediate and 13 beginner teams competing. Spectators are also very welcome and encouraged, so get your friends and family down there to cheer on a big CFP crew!!

There looks like there will be some food vendors there, but definitely bring food to be on the safe side, otherwise there is an IGA at the Darch Plaza about 1km away on Kingsways rd.
