Jas is not only a highly qualified and extremely motivated Personal Trainer. He served within the Australian Special Forces for 11 years in a variety of roles in various countries.
After 16 years in the Australian Army, Jas founded CrossFit Perth and is passionate about developing the potential in his athletes through a combination of his military experience, athletic accomplishment and coaching skills, knowledge passion for fitness developed over two decades.
He knows what it takes to help others achieve their goals. Jas has an amazing ability to motivate and strengthen his clients. Cecilia Robinson
Cecilia has almost a decade of experience in the Australian Army and the Australian Federal Police including operational deployments.
Currently Cecilia instructs Police Officers in weapon use at the WA Police Academy.. With training in self defence tactics across several different systems Cecilia is passionate about coaching and mentoring defensive tactics and fitness. She is an active Surf Life Saver, and uses the holistic CrossFit methods to improve her strength and overall fitness for Police and surf life saving duties as well as preparation for future events.

Jamie brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in the fitness industry and like many of us has embraced CrossFit as the way of the future.
Jamie currently manages a corporate gym and previously worked at Woodside, Activ8 & Selby Health & Fitness, as the operations coordinator of Flex Fitness. Jamie also worked as a pole dancing for fitness instructor fulltime, coaching level 1gymnastics, acrobatics and tumbling. Jamie has competed in gymnastics, acrobatics, and tumbling, placed 3rd at the State Cheerleading 06, 1st at the National Cheerleading Stunts Team 06, 8th at the State Natural Bodybuilding Titles 07. Jamie has trained also Muay Thai for the last 2 years, and enjoyed social netball, Crossfit and Pole dancing for fitness.
