Group Sessions
Most people participate in the workout of the day (WOD) group sessions. The WOD is scaled to suit individual ability and fitness levels. These sessions are conducted each Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday.
CrossFit Mobile
Our trainers can conduct fitness packages as well as team building and leadership development activities at almost any venue. We specialise in training Police, SES, sporting teams and corporate organisations.
CrossFit Fundamental Workshops
To get the most out of training you must teach your body how to move safely and effectively, once you have become proficient at the core movements you will notice a significant improvement in your performance. Regardless of your aim or focus the development of technique and skill will ensure your faster results and eliminate bad habits and the risk of injury. Bookings can also be made for fundamentals workshops at a location of your choice with a minimum of 8 people.
Individual Coaching
For more specific requirements such as sporting performance goals, skill development or nutrition advice 1-1 coaching sessions can be arranged on a booking basis by simply calling or emailing info@crossfitperth.com.au
CrossFit for Kids
Our team offers CrossFit for kids, an ideal way to develop school aged children either during or after school hours. www.crossfitkids.com
Programming
CrossFit Perth coaches have experience programming a wide range of people from fitness enthusiasts to elite level athletes for sports such as cycling and triathlon through to weightlifting. If your goal is to achieve peak condition for your event don’t wait any longer.
Military, Police and SES entry test programming is also available from coaches who have been through the system and know what it takes.
Pre- selection
Designed for those applying for ADF, WAPOL, Fire Dept selection including those in the Police or military applying for Special Forces or TRG. The majority of the CrossFit Perth community comprises of serving and retired Police and Military who are more than willing to share their experience with you to help prepare for your new career and lifestyle. We are proud of several of our athletes who have successfully completed, TRG, WAPOL, ADF entry and Special Air Service selection courses.

Family Fit Program
As existing members, you know that CrossFit can provide an approach that works for parents and children together. The Family Fit Program provides an opportunity for family time, where families are active together and having fun.
As a special introduction, CrossFit Perth would like to offer a significantly discounted program price of $100 per parent/child combination for the first four week program. The program will be run predominantly by
This price (which is a 50% discount!) covers a four week program of one session per week for one parent/ child combination to exercise together. The program covers all the basic movements that we use in CrossFit and will also include a fun game at the end of the session that will incorporate skills that have been learnt in previous sessions to keep the kids interested. Initially, the minimum age of children will be 7 years old, maximum age is 99!
