THERE ARE TWO WAYS TO GET STARTED FOR TEENS & ADULTS

For your benefit and duty of care, we require all people new to CrossFit to attend Our Fundamentals Workshops or the On Ramp Program. You will be taught the basic movements and correct techniques for CrossFit. We also cover individual aims, goals, personalised stretches and injury prevention and management.


OPTION 1 – FUNDAMENTALS FAST TRACK

OPTION 2 – ONRAMP PROGRAM
We cover the Fundamentals movements across 2 weeks of CrossFit classes. Although each of our daily classes has three levels, we have modified this program to be a smaller group, all beginners, modified workouts and a dedicated coach. OPTION 3 – EXPERIENCED CROSSFITTERS

If you have done CF for more than 1 month and or an understanding of the following movements.

A. Snatch, Clean, jerk, Deadlift, Squat- Back/Front/Overhead
