What is Way2Fit
We have designed a fun and results based program for those not wishing to train with heavy weight, gymnastics or complex skills. These classes are 45 minutes in duration and will give you a great return for the effort you put in.

What is CrossFit
CrossFit is defined as that which optimises fitness (constantly varied functional movements performed at relatively high intensity). CrossFit begins with a belief in fitness. The aim of CrossFit is to forge a broad, general and inclusive fitness. CrossFit is also the community that spontaneously arises when people do these workouts together. In fact, the communal aspect of CrossFit is a key component of why it’s so effective.

For your benefit, we require all people new to CrossFit to attend induction workshops. You will be taught the basic movements and correct techniques for CrossFit. We also cover individual aims, goals, personalised stretches and injury prevention and management.We run a number of sessions throughout the day with the same workout (The daily WOD). The WOD consists of three varying levels of workout and are scalable to cater for all levels of personal fitness and injury.

What to look for in a CrossFit Gym
PROGRAMMING – Above all your looking to get fitter, the program is the core to your success.
EQUIPMENT & SPACE – are your tool box, rowers, assault bikes and ropes for climbing are a good sign of a well equipt facility.
COACHES – are the key to helping you move safely and efficiently, are they approacheble and knowlegable. Check their profile.
COMMUNITY – Are the members friendly, inclusive and keen to help you. A good sign is if the members stick around after class and enjoy each others company. Who needs a training partner when you have a gym full of people who you look forward to catching up with each day. CrossFit is more than fitness, its getting the day of to an awesome start or finishing the day on a high.
COST – Is it affordable and above all value for money, cheap more often than not means you get minimal returns, saving $20 a month may be costing you a lot more in the fitness you could have had with a good program, coaching and facility.
