The 2012 Wounded Warrior Weekend venue is booked for the 20th of October at W.A Athletics Stadium located in Perry Lakes. This is the same loc as the SXF Primal Pairs 2011, looks like this is becoming a venue of choice for the top W.A CrossFit events.
For weighted pull-ups place a dumbbell between the legs above crossed ankles and jettison the dumbbell after third rep and continue with strict pull-ups and then the kipping pull-ups. Coming off the bar or going to ground constitutes termination of a set.
