Static strength
2 Rounds for the slowest time possible:
L-hang (Arms locked out with legs parallel).
Squat hold (Hip crease below the top of your knee caps).
Ring hold (Arms locked out)

Work through each hold in sequence with 30 seconds rest between efforts..
Post rounds completed and overall time for the static holds to comments.
